Orban’s geography issues as part of Kremlin’s larger anti-European psyop

Hungary took a very active part in the large-scale Russian psyop, aimed at undermining EU stability – and this is something I never doubted.

Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, after meeting with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu, condemned the burning of the Quran outside the Turkish embassy in Stockholm, completely ignoring the fact that the masterminds and perpetrators of the stunt are directly affiliated with Russia.

Instead, Peter Szijjártó, holder of Russia’s “Order of Friendship,” latently blamed Sweden for the incident, while stressing that Hungary would not prevent the country from joining NATO.

That is, Russia’s agent of influence in Europe, Peter Szijjarto, on the one hand, added fuel to the fire, in the context of the said act of vandalism, and on the other, seemingly remained a supporter of European community and unity. A snake on a hot pan, indeed.

But, at the same time, Viktor Orban said that his country in the west borders with the Germans, and in the east (brace with me!) … – with the Russians.

One might suggest Orban is just bad in Geography but in fact, this is him, the leader of an EU member state, personally participating in the Russian psyop vaguely titled “Ukraine is a non-existent country, invented by Lenin.”

So, within 24 hours, two Hungarian officials simultaneously partook in the Russian disinformation campaign, designed to sow discord and misunderstanding within the EU.

One can only guess how much it cost Russia, but it is obvious that it is now critically important for them to spin the flywheel of Islamophobia through Sweden , in order to further escalate Ankara’s hostility towards Stockholm, as well as challenge Ukraine’s importance in the media space.

Who will be next in this field? Who else will have their say in this psyop? Karin Kneissl? Gerhard Schroeder? Marine Le Pen? What other minion will express their opinion within the framework of this far-stretching provocation?

It is difficult to say how long Europe will keep tolerating this, but the fact that Hungary is turning into the major tumor in the body of the European community is now undeniable.
